United by Compassion. Driven by Purpose

At Hope Fusion NGO, our strength lies in the hearts and hands of the people who make our mission possible. From humanitarian workers to educators, counselors, and volunteers — each member of our team is deeply committed to creating a better future for war-affected orphans.

Ramata Adama Dumbuya
Founder of Hope Fusion
Ramata is the founder of Hope Fusion, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children orphaned by war. Inspired by her personal and professional journey, Ramata created Hope Fusion to provide not just relief, but a future—through care, education, and unwavering support. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, in Applied Social Science Research and Social Justice, which reflect her deep-rooted commitment to equity and community healing. Her path has included impactful roles such as Director of the Association des Jeunes au Mali, where she champions youth empowerment, and internships with both the World Affairs Council—sponsored by the U.S. Department of State—and the Peace and Justice Association, where she gained critical insight into global peacebuilding efforts. Hope Fusion is the natural extension of Ramata’s passion for justice, shaped by her lived experience and academic foundation. Today, she leads the organization with a clear purpose: to restore hope where war has left only silence, and to ensure every child has the chance to grow, dream, and thrive.
